It is as easy as the music player, there is convenient graphical interface to customize the configuration, and no need for programming experience. I use OP AutoClicker 2.1. Looks like this guy is taking food out of Murgee's kids mouths by making a comparable auto-clicker free of charge. What an asshole! You could take a stab at programming your own if it's only like five lines of code. If it makes my life easier I think it's worth the price.
